Welcome :)

You need a program to clear MRU lists.

Most System Cleaning or Registry cleaning software will do this.

Are you sure?

Can you expand on what you ran?
It should not remove any .mp3, .wav ec files.
Never did when I ran it.

Are your files in the Recycle Bin?

Where were your files located and what were the file extensions?

Not sure what has happened to your files but one of these programs may be able to recover them

Glad you got your initial problem sorted.
Sorry about CCleaner messing some other things up.

Personally I use Ace Utilities.

Ad-Aware SE Personal also deletes MRU lists safely and you get to delete any adware you find at the same time. It's a win-win situation for you.
