e-mail problem

When visiting a web site and I want to send e-mail using their link, my program or whatever will not work. It asks for the security clearance 3 times then opens a general error page. I use Hotmail. How do I configure this?

I'm not aware of any way of having a mailto: link work with hotmail except through Outlook Express.

Are you using OE or the web based hotmail?

Silly me! I just hit the default button on Outlook Express and now I can use e-mail links! Thank you very much!

Hi KBruce,

Did you look at your Outbox in Outlook after using the
Send
Link/Page by E-mail...?

If I am not mistaken your emails will still be there if your using a
Hotmail. account in Outlook.

You can't send email through Outlook with a Hotmail account
you can only receive Hotmail emails in Outlook, and that has to be
setup properly in Outlook as well.
