I am having a number of problems and error messages within the last week.
· First problem:
o I am having problems downloading particular programs. I decided to load the Anti-Spyware and Pop-up Blocker from my internet provider. Got it loaded and activated and it would immediately shut down. They are looking into why. As part of the that process I removed Adware and Spybot. Since the the providers program wasn’t working I went back to load Adware and Spybot. Spybot loads but Adware is having the same problem as the provider program. It will load but shuts off immediately.
· Second problem:
o Trying to delete programs through Add/Remove. I am able to on some but not on others. Getting this message: Could not open INSTALL.LOG file
· Third problem:
o Yesterday I started getting this error message: Exception Eread Error in Model AD-Adware bei 0021FOB
· Fourth problem:
o Today I started receiving this error message: Explore error KERNEL32.DLL
All of this has happened in the last week. Problems are growing by the day. I would certainly appreciate any ideas and help you can provide. Thanks.
