Spool32 error

I have 2 problems:

First problem is:

While I was surfing, I always get this message, although not all the time.

Spool32 has caused an error in SPOOL32.EXE
Spool32 will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

So, whenever I see this message, I would have to restart my computer.
What is doing that?

My second problem is:

I had Netscape 6 installed in my PC, but now I have deleted the file and decide to use only IE.
But whenever I clicked on an URL link in my email or an image icon, message came up that it failed to locate the 'Netscp6.exe' file, how can I get rid of that.

Thank you for your help.

I'm going to suggeszt a Re-Install for both problems.

Uninstall your Printer from Control Panel>Printers.
Also Uninstall any Printer software.

Reboot.
Reinstall Printer/Drivers/Software.

You should always use the proper uninstaller to uninstall programs.

Reinstall NS6, then Uninstall from Add/Remove Programs.

Also, In IE, goto
Internet Options>Programs>
Make sure that IE is checking to be default browser.

For images, depending on what you want to open them in.
Shift + Right Click on an Image in Windows Explorer. Click Open With...
Choose the Program to open the file, click to Always open with that program.

Or, your Graphics package may have an Association option in the Options/Preferences.
