i recently reinstalled my Windows 2000 form the cd (installed a new mobo and cpu) and now everything works fine except that every time i open an application, i get the following error:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "PSDK-x86.msi" in the box below."

If I choose cancel, I have to do so 4 times, and it will just open again every time I open a new application.

I have tried downloading this mysterious file from the internet, but when i try to use it, it tells me to look for another file, this isnt the right file, etc. etc.

I don't recall ever using or installing the Windows PSDK platform, but i know i have it on my computer. so i tried deleting this entire folder (it wouldnt let me uninstall), but i still get the error. i have no idea what this platform even does, all i know is that i just want this error to stop popping up...i am going insane i have had way too many problms and i feel like crying so please please please someone help me....
