When starting my computer (micro sku) everything goes fine then I get to my active (empty) desktop and recieve the error loading explorer.exe reinstall windows with an ok button -I hit that and it shuts down. It does this in safe mode as well. I have a start up disk used it and it does the same thing. I changed cmos to boot from floppy. I downloaded a new boot disk and still the same thing. I changed cmos to boot from cd-rom and put the ME disk in and still the same thing. I can't get into DOS to fix this and I don't know what else to do. Please any help would be very much appreciated. I can take it to someone, but this should not be that difficult and now it is personal and I really want to fix it myself if possible.
