Win 2000 and Nero 6 Ultra InCD maddening problem

I did a clean install of W2K with service pack 4,
then installed Nero 6 ultra for my Sony R-RW DRU 500-A burner with updated firmware,
and InCD will not work at all with a formatted R-RW disk,
I've a dual OS setup on this Rig. (W2k and WXP Pro)
On WXP PRO InCD works without a Problem,
this problem exist "ONLY" in Windows 2000 Pro,
why is it so and is there a fix for this InCD issue. Good suggestions will be deeply appreciated thx

Does the program open?

degsy I can't write to InCD after a full disk format using InCD and then I try to drag files to the sony writer I get a flag that say "cannot create or replace "file name" make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use." end of quote, that's it

Does the standard Nero program work?
Has the writer worked before in Win2000?
