defender pro 5-in-1 anti virus 2005

i am using defender pro 5-in-1 anti-virus 2005.it has anti pop-up,anti spam firewall,utilities,anti virus.
when i try to do a full system scan it freezes on 7% completed ,it wont go any further,,can anyone help.

Welcome to CTH eric29360. Have you tried running the program in Safe Mode (restart your PC and tap F8 as it restarts)?

If you have and this didnt help, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Let us know the outcome.
