One night five young men was in a mischievious mood, and decided to play a prank on oncoming traffic at the interstate overpass. They took 5 plastic rubber balls and some rope and headed to the overpass. The group tied the rope to their hands and was throwing the balls at people's wind shields spooking the drivers. After awhile a semi came down the road the guys got ready and chucked them down at the the 18 wheeler, unfortunately one man's ball caught hold of the side window then locked in place and tore the mans arm off. The police was contacted immediately, after the investigation was over there was a report of five misdemeanor's and one felony. The men on the interstate each got a misdemeanor. Semi truck driver got the felony for armed robbery.
