Hi,
A quick look would seem that theres not much you can remove.
You have entries there that are required Windows processes, some from AVG AntiVirus and some from ZoneAlarm Firewall.
You can try disabling
Money Agent
Delay
Adaptec DirectCD

If you're running a desktop and never use "standby" or "hibernate" do what I've done and take out both "load power profiles".
Go into the Control Panel>Power Options, and disable "hibernate support" and make sure power scheme is "always on".

default)Xtwunk_32.exeAdded by the BLACKMAL.C (http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blackmal.c@mm.html) WORM!
i did a fresh installation of win2000pro and twunk_32 was there, other places say its not a worm either, some to :/
edit:
i quote
Question: What is the exact role of the 16-bit TWUNK_16.EXE for 32-bit Windows TWAIN scanning? Is it possible to disable it?
Under MS Windows there are two TWAIN Data Source Manager modules, the 16-bit TWAIN.DLL and the 32-bit TWAIN_32.DLL. Each one when loaded will attempt to start the other one through one of the TWAIN Thunker modules (TWUNK_16.EXE or TWUNK_32.EXE) so it could enumerate all the TWAIN Data Sources installed on the system, both 16 and 32-bit. Without TWUNK_16.EXE TWAIN_32.DLL (and the application that loaded TWAIN_32.DLL) would be unable to see any 16-bit Data Sources. And without TWUNK_32.EXE TWAIN.DLL would be not able to see 32-bit Data Sources.

I wouldn't say that "hpsysdrv" is pointless. You might not be able to use the individual application recovery disc, and perhaps the keyboard would no longer be recognized.
Personally I've removed the "Netropa keyboard" in Add/Remove with no ill effects, and though the CD controls don't work the volume control still does. You'll just have to play "hpsysdrv" by ear.

hpsysdrv - hpsysdrv.exe - Process Informationhttp://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/_counter/count.php?key=load
Process File: hpsysdrv or hpsysdrv.exe
Process Name: Hewlett-Packard Monitoring Tool
Description:
hpsysdrv.exe is a utility from HP which monitors how many recoveries have been made in Microsoft Office suite. This is a "non-essential" process. Disabling or enabling this is down to user preference

Judging by the size of the link, (which goes nowhere, by the way: "DEMO VERSION : Built with an UNREGISTERED copy of GIF Movie Gear 3.0 from gamani productions"), it seems you're upset.
what is "hpsysdrv" (http://64.233.179.104/search?q=cache:Kv1cRJq2u3IJ:www.lafn.org/webconnect/mentor/startup/CUU.HTM+hpsysdrv++hp&hl=en&lr=&strip=1)
Program Name: hpsysdrv
Executable Name: hpsysdrv.exe
Required: User's choice
Comments: This item keeps track of how many times the system has been recovered and the times of the first and last recoveries done on the system. Leaving unchecked will sometimes prevent the Keyboard Manager program from detecting that the computer is an HP. Since this program/driver was only made to run on HP, if it can't tell that it is an HP it will not run. If unchecked, it can prevent the running of the Application Recovery CDs, the use of the multimedia keys, and the HP Instant Support. Also seen that without it running, the Riptide Sound card that was installed on some older HP computers stops working.

Paul Collins list is widely accepted and well respected kattman. There is the odd mistake from time to time but it is usually very quickly corrected. The point of the list is that it's a Startup list. It doesnt list every file on your system, only those that start when Windows loads from a Run key or other startup location. When you consult the list, you are also expected to click on any links provided for more information. "Added by the BLACKMAL.C WORM!" references this document http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blackmal.c@mm.html and clearly spells out what to consider before rushing off to do a virus scan.
Malware files often have identical names to genuine Windows files and while you may well have had twunk_32.exe on your installation, it would not have been running from %windows%\volume and starting with Windows from a default value in a Run key, hmmmm?
