everything is tiny!!!

I was on the Internet, when everything started getting sluggish and windows started freezing on me, this happens sometimes, and so I restarted like I always do. But when it was done restarting, everything is about the quarter of the size it should be. But it still takes up the whole screen, just all the text and stuff is really small. I have no idea why it did this and don't know where to go to fix it. Please help me...

Go to Control Panel>Display, then to the Settings tab. Move the slider under "Screen Resolution" (which is probably at 1024 X 768) to the left to 800 X 600, click Apply. The screen will go black briefly, don't panic. When the display comes back, if it looks like it should, click the button on the dialog box that's open to tell it to keep those settings and then on OK on the Display Properties window to close it.

There is also a setting in I.E. -- under the View menu. View, Text Size.
