IE 6.0 problem

I'm running two Dell pc's,a p450 and p-600 Dimension. They are networked with Intel Anypoint phoneline USB adapters running Sygate home network software and Sygate's firewall. They share a cable modem.When I try to open a link to a site within IE6 I get a blank I nternet Explorer window and the message "opened with error".This happens only on the client and not the server. Netscape 6.2 and Opera 6.0 work ok. Any ideas how to correctit?

Have a look in tools>internet options in IE and set the proxy settings to the same as you're using in Netscape and Opera, that's the most likely factor to need changing.
