Found and downloaded it from pacos drivers. It downloaded to temp. When my comp asked what Program do you want to use to open this file? I didn't know what I was supposed to choose. I know that must sound pretty dumb to you all but I simply don't know that much about computers. I ended up where I'm at because when I tried to Repair IE I got message "Can't Repair because JOBEXEC.DLL is missing" so found one, downloaded and am at a standstill 'cause I don't know how to proceed from here. Thanks to any one who can help. Grace

Hello saskatoon give this link (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/194177) a look over, it should explain more on this issue. ;)

Thanks for your reply Tweaker but as long as I Downloaded the missing File which supposedly was what was needed to get IE back in shape, can't I just Open the dratted thing and then it will solve the problem. But that's MY PROBLEM,I supposedly Have it---when it Downloaded it went past me so fast I didn't get to see what it said but I think it said "downloading to "temporary files" So if that is the case what Program do I OPEN it with? I imagine I will wear anyone who tries to help me with Questions.

Have you tried running a search on your computer for the file?
Start>Search>Files or Folders
