Dear friends:
I have created a PDF file from MSWord at:
http://www.websher.net/temp/tower.pdf
For some strange reason, the links in the Table of Contents to Chapter I, Interlude I and Chapter II do not work. But the first link (Prologue) works perfectly well, and the chapters beginning with Chapter III work fine. What's even more odd, if you click on the Bookmarks tab on the left in Acrobat Reader, you will see that the bookmark hyperlinks DO WORK, they do launch the chapter, but not from the Table of Contents. And, by the way, these Table of Contents links DO WORK in the original MSWord document itself.
Would appreciate your help in resolving this mystery.
