Question WinHlp32 failure

When clicking on Help in all programs the error dialogue message comes up saying "WinHlp32" has executed an illegal operation and will be shut down."

It would appear that it is corrupted but how do I correct it??

Question Winhlp32 Failure

That looks like what I am looking for but another problem in trying to use it. When I go to Add/Remove programs and search for Microsoft Intellipoint it is not in the list. Since I am running Windows 98 SE I suspect this may not apply except in Win 95 and Win 98 Standard Edition. So I am still at square one. How do I get past this??
