Installed Norton '05 - can't get emails now!
About two weeks ago I installed Outlook 2003. It worked fine until about a week ago when I installed the latest Norton Suite (2005). Now I cannot get any of my email. If I shutdown my pc and reboot, some email will come through but I know I'm not getting all of it. It appears that I can successfully send messages. Help!

Does it work if Norton is disabled?

Have you check the Norton Firewall/Internet Security to check if Outlook is allowed to be a Server and Recieve Mail?
