Hi,
I have the ATI all in Wonder 98 Pro Video Card. I'm running WinXP Home.
Desktop PC was built last year and is up to date. Have DVD Burner and Nero 6.
I would like to convert our VCR Home Movies to DVD.
Video Card comes with a bunch of cables for in and out connections.
Is there a tutorial available somewhere?
ATI Manual is very vague.
I'll appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks in advance, Ann

I have an All-In-Wonder Pro and AIW 128 Pro and the manuals are pretty good.

Does your model have the split leads or the breakout box?

Usually there are 3 types of connecter.

Composite (Phono/RCA)
S-Video
Scart

If your video has SCART then you can use the SCART to Composite connector.

You then need to set the VCR to the AV channel and set the TV Tuner software to the Composite input.

Thank you for your help, degsy.
I have the composite split leads.
Oh boy, I thought that it would be easy to do..
How do I get to the TV Tuner software? Should I buy a certain software to do it?
Also, I found that the cables that come with the video card are extremely short.
I need about 3' length.
I thought that all I would have to do is to attach two cables ( video and audio in and out) to both units... Guess I was way off base...
What should I look for when buying longer cables?
So, if you could give me any other help I would sure appreciate it.

Any type of cable is available in most electrical stores.

The TV Tuner software should have been supplied.

or you can goto ATI.com and download the Drivers and Multimedia Center
