Off hand I don't, but post your question on this forum, and most times you will have an answer within a very short period of time, remembering of course that everyone here is doing this as a volunteer and doing it for free. But we will help as quickly as we can.

Most of the larger newtworks will have some sort of computer help room. Try irc.blessed.net (efnet) and do a chatroom search. I'm pretty sure Criten has one too. irc.criten.net

The big one on efnet used to be called #ntfs, but I'm pretty sure they're running under a different name now.

IRC DALnet has two pretty nice computer help channs. One is called #Windows95 but they offer help with all Windows and the other is #Windows they offer help on anything Windows related and normally hardware issues as well.
