Juno 7 doesn't remember settings with Limited Accounts

I have Juno 7 on a computer I have and when I run Juno 7 in a limited account, it connects but, then gives me the error it can't remember the settings and will disconnect. What can I do to fix this?

The exact error I'm getting is: The system detected a problem in saving user preferences. Please contact Customer Service at 805-418-2020. I did that and got a message that said I have reached a non-working line at United Online's Corporate offices. I must be a simple fix, and would be grateful if someone provided information on how to fix it.
