Hey Mishy..or anyone...I've been reading about registry cleaning and was wondering if my Norton System Works with their Windoctor and System Check already do that?

Hey Tami,

Do you have Cleansweep on your SystemWorks ?????

If so, I used to use that when I had Win98. It's very good at cleaning/optimising the registry.

I sure do...way cool. I downloaded your registry tools and was reading about it all and I'm sure glad I don't have to do that. Thanks a bunch Mishy!

No problems Tami,

Windoctor is very good as well for keeping your registry intact. 1/2 of systemworks (cleansweep, NAV, and windoctor) is excellent. The other half is pretty poor. But those utilities make up for it.

It's a shame I can't use it on Win2k http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/frown.gif

I would buy the updated for version which is Win2k compatible but Win2k never crashes so no need to lol http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I know, I use Windoctor almost everyday..I'm amazed at all the things that go wrong and you don't even know about it. I remember you telling me that the systemworks was real good except for the crashguard, so I didn't put that on. But the rest of it is great. And wow..I didn't know you were using Win2k now. Thats great to hear it never crashes! Something to keep in mind.

Thanks a bunch for your help!
