swflash.ocx error pop up problem

dear sir/madam

i have a problem. The pop up error dialogue saying " it could not find the swflash.ocx ". i have tried to dl the latest version from www.macromedia.com. but it does not solve it. i also tried to remove active thingy. aslo does not help at all. it still pester pop up error.. it pop up every 10 ~ 15min.

Please help.

i am using win home xp sp2. i have symantec antivirus installed too.
