Board mishap?

I appear to have the following mishap with reply or new post mode here. Also scrolldown is gone than. If I chose goback and forward again, all is fine on NS3.01

Incidentally, from initial inspection (very initial) there is no problem with the HTML....

It appears to me as if jus t the first &lt; bracket isn't read properly with the first load, maybe an additional blank just in front of it can cure it.
