I need to get a file

All right, I have a problem: Somehow I deleted an important .dll file. I know it's important because I can't run certain programs without it. The file is MSVBVM60.DLL PLEASE HELP ME! What should I do?

On my Windows XP Home, it's in C:\Windows\System32. On my Win98, it's in C:\Windows\System.
