hi guys-this printer they have discontinued since we bought it..it worked fine for a year and now it prints this lovely (not) shade of pink that's supposed to be color.the black works fine.i have cleaned it,reinstalled printer drivers,tested it,re-tested it,i have plenty of memory-i don't know why it's messing up the color.changing the cartrige doesn't help either.brand new,still does it.HP,when they do answer either wants a fortune to answer what i've already done,and the online ones too seem to have been hired for their ability to warm a seat and that's it. any ideas,or should i just circular file this dinosaur ? http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/frown.gif
