Hi Everyone! I am new to this forum. I really need some help if anyone can provide. My sister got a new Dell computer for Christmas. She was having problems with her sound, so I used to the troubleshooter to try and fix it. They troubleshooter directed me to restart my computer, so I did. When the computer restarted, the screen was HUGE. Everything was way larger than it usually is. I can't even see everything that is supposed to appear on the desktop. I have no idea what to do. If someone could please help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you, Cheri

Hello and welcome to CTH
try this right click on the desk top and then click on properties after that look for the tab that's says settings, click on that,
where it says screen area, if it says 640 by 480 that's what has happened you can try to change it to 800x600 and see if that fixes it.

I just receive this from CheriPoopy

Hi, you responded to my post about my computer and I just wanted to let you
know that it worked. Thank you so much! That was one of the first things
that I tried, but the screen was so big that I couldn't see the bottom so I
just gave up and tried to see if it was something else. But, when you
suggested, I thought I would give it one more try and it worked, so thanks
again! - Cheri
