I use TigerDirect (www.tigerdirect.com) and ZipZoomFly (www.zipzoomfly.com) a lot personally. They have great deals and have always been good to me. Are they the best? If there's better, let me know!
Also, I've bought a few parts from CompGeeks, but I wouldn't recommend them. Buyer beware, I bought a mouse from them, a wireless mouse and it didn't even work. Impossible to get the receiver to recognize the mouse, also it came in an opened box advertised as "new".

www.newegg.com is good. Take a look around www.pricewatch.com first.

I purchased some RAM from http://www.oempcworld.com/ a couple years ago and it's still functioning properly.

Ah. I knew I was forgetting one. NewEgg is great! I bought an iPaq from them about a year ago and got a great deal with excellent support. Haven't had a single problem with them. They also have really good deals on shipping, highly recommended. :D

This depends on the country and shipping costs. As you did not specify your country or location I cannot offer a suggestion.
