Cell Phone Ringtone Question....

Hi, I am trying to download new ringtones to my new phone (Nokia 3100). I went to 2thumbswap.com and went to the Nokia ringtones for GSM... then I found the ringtone I wanted to send, but when I click on "Download the ringtone" I get a page that says some wierd junk on it... It looks like this:

If im not mistaken this is what you enter in the 'Compose' part on the phone, the manual way to getting the ringtone. Tap in the above how it is and then save it and you got the tone.
