About my Hotmail problem
I already see two threads and i hate to be redundant. However, I'm not sure this has been discussed yet. I'm also getting the "page can not be displayed" screen when I try and log in to Hotmail. My daughter gets the same message on her Hotmail acct. This started last night.
However, I CAN access my Hotmail account from other PC's. I've done it on 3 or 4 diff. ones at work and also on my neighbors. I spent 2 hours on the phone with MSN support and we discovered a ton of spyware. The tech guy suspects I may have a virus to boot. This account is a secondary acct. that I don't use often. However, for some dumb reason I did open an email in my Junk folder that I had no idea where it came from. It was right around that time that I began experiencing problems- within a few hours or so to maybe a day, I can't really remember. I also am having no problems at all accessing other sites etc. I'm very illeterate when it comes to this stuff. Could that unknown email have effected only my Hotmail acct. if it was indeed a virus? Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi fever. Go to this thread and try what spider told me to do. It might work. http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/...t=61632&page=2 If it doesn't there are other threads that could tell you a way that you might be able to fix it.
