Back to my missing socks. The remaining sock is sad for a while missing its companion. If the sadness lingers too long, I bury the remaining sock.
But normally there is a happy reunion with the mates when the missing sock falls off the back of one of my shirts I washed/dryed in the same load.
Fabric softner? What's that?
