Error message?!?!?!?!?

I keep getting this error message when I try to run some of my programs:

"The MSVCIRT.DLL file is linked to missing export MSVCRT.DLL:??_U@YAPAXI@Z."

Then I'll get messages like "I specified device attached to the system is not functioning" or just something about not being able to run the program file.

Which OS and version are u using pls ?

and which program are u loading to generate this error if u know it ?
