im new here so hi
im having a problem with loading any new games.
i have the orginal sims that works without a problem, but when i put on the add on and go to start the game my screen flickers black then returns to the desktop, i thought it was just that game as it was second hand but i brought a new game and it does the same thing.
can any one help?

Hi there, sorry it took us so long to respond.

Sounds like a video problem. But we need to know what kind of system you have. CPU, RAM, Video Card and so forth...
