I was just doing some surfing and came across a few one-liners where the writer takes a word and uses it in a sentence as if it were two or more other words that the original word sounds similar to.

For example, the word SAVIOR sounds like SAVE YOUR, so a sentence could be:

SAVIOR: You can't return that product if you don't SAVIOR receipt!

I realize that isn't funny by any means, but it's a good example. Can anyone come up with some funny ones? Put your creativity to the test!

Here are a few I came up with so far:

OMELETTE: Normally I would slap you for saying something that stupid, but OMELETTE it slide just this once!

STAIN: There's a foot of snow outside! To hell with work, I'm STAIN home!

INCOME: Just when he thought he'd get away with sleeping with his secretary, INCOME his wife!


OK so mine aren't too funny either, but you get the idea. What can you come up with???
