Problem with 3 monitors 2 video cards with windows 98

I have 2 video cards and would like to get 3 monitors working. I get a yellow circle with an exclaimation mark on the on board video chip/card and one on the PCI card both seem to be sharing memory. if this is the case how can I disable the on board one.

My system is: HP Pavilion 8380-w- PII. the cards that I have added are: Visiontek Radeon 9200se 128(working-w-2 monitors) and a Rage LT PRO (Not working but recongized)
!!Help Please befor monitors begin to fly!!

You can either just mark the Rage as "Disabled" in Device Manager or go into the BIOS and disable it there.
