Incredible Dog CD-ROM

I have this game from Purina Dog Chow called "Incredible Dog". There's supposed to be this dog named Rascal that you can unlock. You have to go to Purina's website to do it, but the site is gone.

I was wondering if there's anyone out there who has Rascal or knows how to get it. I had it, but I think I accidentally deleted Rascal when I was deleting files. :upset:
