Hello. Ever since I have had my cybertechhelpaccount I have had to login twice before it will let me into the system. Any suggestions? Thank you,

i think if you log out it clear the cookies ;)

Right click ie and choose properties. Delete cookies and delete files and try again.

Do you get any messages on the failed log-in?

I hadn't worried about it before, but I've had a look and deleted the link in my bookmarks and replaced it with a new one from the support forums page. Now I can get in, in a single go. Might be worth a go!
