It seems to be caused by a failing or corrupted Active X control on a given system. Possibly by virus or spyware. Some users have indicated that by re-installing Windows the problems end.
I have the problem currently and have still not found a solution, but I know for a fact it has to do with Active X because when I get the Error I can't log into G-Mail which requires Active X, after I re-boot I have no problems.
My error starts coming after I spawn too many clone browsers in IE so it's realated to IExplore and IE, because I have problems with My Computer once this happens!
