CD copy of QPW(spreadsheet) will not start.

I am running Windows 98 SE. and
Quatro Pro for Windows ver 5.0

I want to move the program QPW to a CD-RW disc.
After copying folder QPW to CD, the cd copy failed to start, looking for LD01.dll.
I added LD01.dll to the C:\Qpw folder and burned this copy to CD, still won't start QPW.
It seems to me the CD copy of QPW is looking via another path for LD01.dll.
How can I determine that path and can I modify it (via RegEdit perhaps)?

PS: I can't find info. about DLL's in McFedries "Windows Unleashed for Windows 98.

It's doubtful that you will get the program to work via CD.

Programs install many system files and registry entries.
