I am not good with the terminology..but my pics...windows..etc..is not centered on my monitor. I have a dark black line down the left side..which makes it hard to find the scroll bar...if I have it full screen. Help!!

exactly what monitor do you have?Do you have buttons on the front to adjust the settings?

I didn't have the settings right in the settings for my desktop...the pixels were wrong. I do have settings on the monitor...but didn't have to use them.
