Dictionary Program?

I used to have a program on my cpu that would let you click the ball on the mouse (the part you use to scroll down) on a word and the definition would pop up. I've looked a few times and haven't been able to find it. Would anyone happen to know any programs that does this?

Thanks for looking and your help.

Thanks for your help, but this wasn't the one I had in mind. I liked the old one because it only popped up when you used it. Gosh it's driving me crazy trying to remember.
