tried creating a boot disk? can you get to the BIOS or is it just DOS or Windows that it doesn't boot up in? If you can get to the BIOS try changing the boot sequence and also make sure there are no incorrect options.
Checked all connections?
do you get any beeps from the pc speaker? if so there may be a faulty connection or a fauty hardware component.
Do you see anything on the monitor? Ff not, you may have a faulty monitor. Try a different one.

I can't even get to a dos prompt,I get no beeps at all,but it's weird because it seemed like the hard drive but when I tried in in another machine it worked fine, also I tried in another machine It started in windows and started up in ssafe mode, but it wont do that again only 1 time did it happen. So I dont know why it worked once and now I get nothing no screen or beeps, the hard drive starts to wind up just for a few seconds.

Is the hard disk IDE or SCSI? It sounds like you may have a faulty connection to the drive. Try another hard drive in your computer and see if it works.
