low sound mp3 ??

Hey all.

I wanted to know if there is some special tool that can allow me to edit an mp3 song and higher up the volume so it will sound louder ?

i work a lot with editing movies...any basic movie editor has that option. a beginner like yourself might want to try something like vegas video maker or something to that extent. if not im sure if you google it there are some apps. that could do it for you

try audacity maybe it is much better to edit mp3 files
and also a free one

Just note that you may get distortion or worse quality as you are amplifying the sound.
