My friend has a new eMachine that is using Outlook Express 6 (with XP) and it has no spell check.

Could someone please guide a computer-inept Grandmother so she can help?

Hi Patti, if your friend does not have MS Word or MS Works installed then the spellchecker option is not available. Try this free program Spell Checker for OE (http://www.geocities.com/vampirefo/).
