I needed to re-format my C drive. When I tried to use the files and settings transfer wizard it would never complete. So instead I copied my directories onto an external hard drive. I now have my original drive re-formatted and windows XP home loaded and running. Unfortunatly I did not realize that there was an import/export wizard within MSN. What I am hoping is that I can locate my email files that I had stored on my computer and now should be on my external hard drive and move them back to my new drive. My default email program is MSN. Is there a way that I can retrieve these files.
