This is strictly research to support an idea I have concerning laptops. I'm not real technical when it comes to laptops but I can certainly find my way if someone with strong laptop component technical skills can guide me through it.
Is it possible to have 2 laptop screens attached to the same laptop. I'm NOT talking about a second monitor (flat screen) through the Video port, unless there is such a unit that doesn't weigh in over 4 pounds. I'm in need of an extremely light weight device that also can be packaged easily and securely to the original screen, or within short proximity of the original screen and I can fabricate any required supports.
Additionally, I need to have the ability to turn on the visible display of this second monitor at will by the stroke of hopefully a SINGLE key. This would be easier than pressing the function+{key} key combo, especially when the unit boots up.
