i have adobe permiere 6.5 and a personal mini dv video camera. i've recorded some video and uploaded it to my computer. the video is about 30 minutes long and is taking up about 20 gigs of hard drive space. i want to put the video on a cd and theres no way it will fit. i've messed around with the compression options (mpeg 1, 2) and gotten the video small enough to fit on a cd, but it is really bad quality and many many frames get skipped and the video is really jumpy. i used to download full movies like tommy boy and blade II off the internet or the network at school that were less than 700 mb and were made with some sort of divx compression and were allmost .avi files. They were excellent quality and didnt skip frames. can Premiere do this for me, or do i need additional software?
