WONDLL.dll missing

My friend needs the file WONDLL.dll to play his tribes two game. He wants to know where he can download this file.

He also says that he has a wondll.dll file but it's for Counter Strike and he also said the Tribes 2 one is all Capitals (execpt for .dll)
