Hi Arthur, welcome to CTH
![]() I'll move your thread over to the Anything Else Board in a moment, which is where it probably belongs, but I'll have a stab at answering it first ![]() You've probably ended up with a graphics file like a JPEG. One of the easiest ways to do this would be to put the image onto the slide master on PowerPoint, then you can put text boxes onto the regular slide which will appear on top of the slide. Question is, what's the benefit of being able to type onto it? I use a spreadsheet for my timesheet at work which has some formulae that works out my hours for me.

hi Arthur Cunningham
what you need is an OCR program (Optical Character Recognition). here is a link to what i consider the best one. TextBridge Pro Millennium unfortunatly it costs about $80 . there may be cheaper programs that do the same thing but none better.

there may be a couple of other options, depending on the scanning software, you might be able to save the scan as a document or, if the timesheet is set up on your work computer as a (for instance) lotus smartmaster, just save a blank one onto a floppy and load onto your own computer
