wireless keyboard and mouse

i have this wireless keyboard and mouse combo from lite-on. it used to work fine, but i had to put in a new MB, the old one broke, and now the reciever has 4 lights, they all stay on, if i hold the channel button 3 flash every couple of seconds, but nothing registers with it, and the disk i have for it wont install, even though last time, i didnt even need the disk. please help
