MY DAD NEEDS HELP

as quickly as possible please I have double clicked on Auto cad to open the application and then i get Has performed an illegal opperation.....details = invalid page fault in module ac1st15.dll at 01af:65fe1e3b.

That isn't much to go on is it.

What OS?
When did it start happening?
Were any programs/updates installed?
Have you tried reinstalling?
Have you run Spyware and Virus scans?

Well it did work and it is on 98SE and i thought sod it soo i uninstalled it and reinstalled and did it again it still did it. so i swiped off windows and reinstalled windows now it is still doing it. My dad did reinstal after the initial instal and ever since it has done this. even after swiping windows. i think it is the CD but could anyone comfirm what i think is correct?
