can't get setup file to finish insall?

Hi,

I'm using Windows XP Pro. I installed a new Matrox video card. G200 MMS

with TV Tuner. All four monitors are working fine. The problem I'm having is

when I try to install the software for the PC-VCR, it starts working, gets to a

point where it says "Preparing to Install" a few bars move to the right and it

just disappears. I'm lost. I can't figure it out. What do you guys think?

did you find updated drivers for the card maybe you should install the latest one from the manufacturers site

Yes I have the latest drivers. Weird thing is I installed about 23 other programs that I use, all with no problem. any other thoughts?
